“The market size for Chicken is $800M growing 10% annually. The demand for grills and grilling equipment is also off the charts, growing 25% annually. Also, the demand for flame broiled burgers has been rising steadily at 15% per annum over fried burgers. Extrapolating from these trends, we can expect growth rates of 20%, (25+15)/2, if we invest in Grilled Chicken today.” Sr. Director, PMM
